I jumped at the chance to add another doe from Agape Oaks when I found out this young doe was available, I just couldn't resist. She blends SGCH/ARMCH Agape Oaks Oreo with TX TwinCreeks PKM Ghiradelli +*B, who have both proven their merit with their progeny. Finally Rhoda is "of age", and was bred to Poppy Patch Rollick 'N' Roll for spring 2013 kids. Rhoda had twin surviving does out of quadruplets.
Rhoda freshened with a very nice, globular udder with nice sized, plumb teats. She milks out easily, and has adequate production levels for a first freshener. I do believe that she has held back some milk for her kids on test days, as her butterfat percentages are lower than I expect of her. I've weaned her girls, so our next tests should clarify that issue for us shortly.
